Community rules

1. Be honest. Post only real jobs, real businesses and real offers. No visa guarantees, no 'pay to apply', no requests for ID documents before an interview.
2. Pay each other directly. Watanli never handles your money. Agree on price and payment before the work starts.
3. Show up. If you accept a bid or a booking and cancel less than 24 hours before, that is a strike. Two strikes in a year and the account is removed.
4. Respect. No harassment, no discrimination by ethnicity, language, religion, region or gender. Job posts may require a language only when the job actually needs it.
5. Privacy. Contact details are revealed one at a time to logged-in members and every reveal is logged. Do not collect or share other members' numbers.
6. Report. Three reports hide a post automatically until a moderator looks at it. False reports are treated like scams.
